Kraftown Intranet (before Heinz merger)

Project information

On this project I was the BA / UX / Visual designer and Front-end developer coding all the HTML and CSS. I fully researched and designed the Intranet for all 22,000 employee called My Kraftown. I worked closely and collaborated with the Kraft marketing team and SharePoint developer to produce an engaging, social experience. I started with stakeholder and user interviews, personas, sketches and wireframes and many iterations before the visual design and branding was integrated. Upon completion and rollout, user engagement increase to 122% and the 3,600 average users increased to 11,500 on the first day, followed by a sustained average of 8,000 users per day.
